![]() ![]() Within this area many strange fish can be found, such as the eerie Abyssal and the huge, elusive Dragon. On the seafloor lies the disused entrance of a nuclear silo which also acts as a sonar jammer, and the surrounding waters are heavily irradiated to the point that certain fish are becoming mutated. The Silo is a deep area of open water that lies beyond the coral basin. Without light, and with the risk of snapping a line on the rocky walls of the Caverns, navigating this area requires the use of a Lightbulb lure or reliance on deep sonar. Within these caves lurk reclusive fish that never venture up into the sunlight, such as the Thresher and Cavefish. To navigate the Depths, or reach the Caverns below, a Lightbulb lure is almost essential.īelow the seafloor, an extensive network of caves stretches across the map. The Depths is the deep underwater region of the map, where the water turns dark and there is no light except for the glow of Lumina, Bulbfish and Anglerfish. To the left of the reef itself, a shallow basin opens into the coral reef caves. It is separated from the open ocean by a tall undersea cliff, the reef wall. The Coral Reef is an area filled with rare and diverse varieties of fish not seen closer to shore, such as the Clownfish, Dire Trillow and Josie. This may take several tries, so just keep clearing as many Bombats as possible on your way down. Your goal is to avoid or scare off the Bombats and make it down to the Bonefish with only one bomb remaining. It contains a large number of rarer, more colourful fish, but also several species of fish found in the Bay such as Seraphs and Grumpers.
